French Shortbread Mold, ca. 1900-1920. 7-1/2"L X 3-1/2"W. Wood with
hand-carved detailing. Originally used for moulding the salted shortbread,
with fish motif on bottom (indicating that it was salted). This mould is an
exceptional condition, and is a really very decorative item in a kitchen. From
the Brittany area.
