Q: Where do most of the antiques you sell come from?
A: France, Europe (Germany, Holland, England, Italy), and The United States.
Q: Do you personally pick items out that you sell?
A: Yes, absolutely! In fact, we only select those items we’d like to have in our own homes - which makes it
very hard for us to part with anything.
Q: What should I know about purchasing antique goods?
A: Being very old, antiques will naturally have imperfections such as scratches and dings, and this is part of
the charm of antiques. We do our best to accurately describe condition, color, and anything else we think we’d want to know prior to purchase.
Q: Do you sell reproductions?
A: 95% of what we sell is a genuine antique or collectible. Unless otherwise noted in the
item’s listing, you can be sure you are purchasing the real deal, not a modern reproduction. Occasionally we will come across a terrific deal on a French-style item; however, this is always noted as such.
Q: What is your sales policy?
A: Another Time, Another Place accepts American Express, Visa/MasterCard and Discover. When you place an order on our web site, your credit card information is transferred through a secure connection to ATAP, Inc. If you do not feel comfortable entering your CC information via the internet, feel free to call us at (720) 890-7700, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., MT, Monday-Friday. We also accept payments via PayPal, as well as personal checks, money orders and wire transfers. Whatever works best for you, works for us.
Q: What is your guarantee?
A: Your satisfaction is unconditionally guaranteed. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. All we ask is that you contact us prior to returning any item, and within 15 days of receipt.
Q: How can people or businesses buy from you?
A: You can purchase online via our Secure Inquiry/Order Form, call us at (720) 890-7700, or fax us an
Inquiry/Order to us at (303) 828-3235 (keep in mind, orders are not processed until item availability is
confirmed).

Rest assured we never share email addresses with outside parties, and you may, at any time, ask to be removed from future mailings.

A: Our preferred shipper is insured UPS Ground, and for larger items, Federal Express Ground service. As
required, or as requested, we do ship via USPS Priority Mail. For your protection, insurance is calculated and charged on every shipment.
Need something in a hurry? Just let us know and we’ll do our best to provide you with the level of expedited shipping service you require.
Live outside the continental U.S.A.? Internationally? No problem - we ship to customers all over the world. We work with all the major carriers to provide safe delivery at the lowest cost, and you will be emailed an estimate of shipping charges prior to every sale.
Q: Do you sell to businesses wholesale?
A: Yes. If you’re a Dealer, Decorator, Designer, Store or Restaurant owner, etc., please contact us for
additional trade discounts. Our prices are already marked at/near wholesale levels, but for larger orders, we can offer additional discounts. Many of our items are used to decorate or used as props for magazine
photoshoots and movies. If you are interested in featuring any of our items, just let us know.
Q: Do you have a catalogue?
A: Not a printed one, but all of our items can be found and ordered on this web site. We receive new
inventory from France every 6-8 weeks, so our merchandise selection changes all the time. It changes very
often. So the most effective way to keep our customers up to date on what’s new is the Another Time,
Another Place website.

Being very old, they will naturally have imperfections such as scratches and dings which we always try to show as accurately as we can.
