Antique French Art Nouveau Desk Lamp, ca. 1910. Solid base composed of spelter/regule (bronze composition), and features very flowy/flowery Art Nouveau detailing. There is an area indented for pens, as well as a center impression for nibs. Also included are two original crystal/glass inwells with decorated bronze lids. Original silk shade is accented by lace overlay and beadwork along edges (as is normal for such delicate work, there are a few tears in the fabric and missing trim - can be recovered or repaired). With shade, lamp measures 25"H, while base measures 10"W x 7"D. Will have to be rewired to conform to US electrical standards. In overall nice condition, with expected rubbing to the patina and wear to shade.
