You may order directly from any product page on our Web site by selecting the product(s) you wish to purchase
and clicking on the ADD TO CART button located on each product page. To keep track of your order as you show,
just click on VIEW CART button - this will allow you to view all items placed in the shopping cart, edit/remove items if
necessary, or to proceed with checkout.
Ordering by Phone
Call 1-720-890-7700, M-F, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. MT, to speak with a ‘live’ human being. After hours or on weekend, you
may leave us a phone message and we’ll return your call the next business day.
Ordering by Fax
While we do not have an online Order Form, you may fax us an order by writing down the item #(s) you are
interested in on a regular piece of paper. Be sure to include your billing/shipping address, as well as all appropriate
CC payment information and daytime telephone number. Fax it to us at: 1-720-890-4946 We will confirm via
telephone or email that your order has been received, and that requested items are available.

method that works best for you and them, then choose the amount of your gift and add a personal message.
