Antique Child's Framed Alphabet Sampler, dated
1894. Handworked by Alice Moyse (no age
indicated), featuring rows of alphabet, trees, flowers
and other various decorations. Worked in wool
yarns in shades of red, pink, gold, green and brown.
Framed size measures 20-1/2"L x 14-1/2"W, antique
wood frame also dated 1894 (but probably not
original to the sampler). Overall fading and normal
wear due to age.
