Antique French Copper Soufflé Pan
This is an very old French Copper Mold for making the Soufflé, ca.
1890-1900.  This mould served to cook in the oven a soufflé made with
eggs and cheese.  It's excellent to add to a collection and a decor in
your kitchen.  This is an old one because the cooper is deep and heavy.
The handles are curved to hold them inside an other cooper pan to cook
some ingredients to the "BAIN MARIE," that is to say the soufflé mold
must dip in boiling water.  5-1/2"H X 5"D.  Why not use it and try the
cheese souffle recipe?
