Antique French Enamelware Body Pitcher, ca. 1910. 16-1/4”H,
with seamed body and riveted detailing. Ecru/cream background
with a gorgeous bouquet of pansies, dahlia, green foliage plus a
lone insect waiting to land on one of the flower petals. The colors
are luscious – cranberry-red, blue, green, teal, gold – and the
detailing supberb! With brick-red trim. Dinging as shown, plus a
bit of rust (but no holes). A very early and lovely example…
